Why I write
For much of my life, I struggled with self-confidence.
Like many people, I compared myself to others, worried about what people thought of me, and often felt that I wasn't quite enough. These struggles affected my happiness, my relationships, and my ability to enjoy the present moment.
Over time, I became deeply interested in understanding confidence. I read books, explored psychological ideas, reflected on my own experiences, and began applying what I learned in my daily life.
What I discovered changed how I felt about myself and significantly improved the quality of my life. As my confidence grew, so did my ability to handle setbacks, manage difficult emotions, make better decisions, build healthier relationships, and enjoy life more fully.
The Calm Lion was born from that journey.
I wrote this book because I believe self-confidence is not a luxury. It is a psychological need. It is woven into our everyday lives, influencing how we think, feel, work, love, and respond to life's challenges.
Today, through my writing and workshops, I hope to help others build the same foundation of self-trust, self-respect, and inner strength that has made such a difference in my own Life.
